The website provides only a platform and contains various profiles containing the information provided and uploaded by the customers themselves.The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that his/her intention is to seek prospective lawful matrimonial alliances for him/her. The user/customer agrees and acknowledges that IndiaMatrimonyhub.com may allow third parties to provide horoscope matching services. IndiaMatrimonyhub.com claims no responsibility or liability for theauthenticity or reliability of these services. IndiaMatrimonyhub.com may also collect payment for such third-party services from the user/customer on behalf of the third parties.

Fees paid shall be forfeited on termination of membership and the right to use the services of IndiaMatrimonyhub.com website shall be ceased immediately.

The above Terms and Conditions shall be construed, interpreted and governed by the laws of India, without reference to conflict of laws principles.
